Claims Form
To file a claim, the form below and the following information must be submitted to Bannister Moving and Storage at the address below within 15 days of the contracted moving date:
- A copy of your contract.
- A copy of the terms and conditions that you signed on the day of the move.
- Clear pictures of all of the damage.
- Copies of your inventory, if applicable.
- Receipts for lost and damaged items.
