A Whale of a Guarantee
A Whale of a Guarantee is a shipper's guarantee that the price you were quoted by our company cannot be higher than quoted by Bannister Moving and Storage. Also if, for some reason, the shipment on a Long Distance relocation weights less than the original estimate, then the shipment will be rerated by the agent and the lower price will be 
given to the shipper, usually before drop off at Destination.
The Whale of a Guarantee is guaranteed by National Van Lines and is documented as a customer benefit on the order for service signed by the customer when contracting his/her shipment through National Van Lines. All shipments on Long Distance relocation are weighed before and after the shipments are picked up. Shipper, upon request, is entitled to a copy of the weight tickets and also has the option to follow the truck for weighing of the shipment upon request.
